The sky was dark, the moon was bright,When I stepped out into the night.I jumped upon my little bikeAnd shouted, ‘Take me where you like!’
We set off quickly, wheels so fast!Trees and houses speeding past.Faster, faster, gathering pace;Until we reached my favourite place.
The treehouse! There it was, so tall,Down the garden, by the wall.A ladder climbing way up high.A real life playground, in the sky.
With toys aplenty - games and cars,I lay down, smiling at the stars. The best place in the world to be,And no-one knows it’s there, but me.
