Just over a week ago, we launched our brand new Winter 2017 collection. And wow - what an incredible response! Three new 'Bedtime Stories' styled using 270 new products we sourced from all over the world - from start to finish, in just 6 weeks...

To say we were a little exhausted post-launch is an understatement, but seeing all the amazing orders popping through literally from the moment we hit 'publish' has been so exciting, making every single second of work worthwhile.

So, today we thought we would do a little introduction to the new collection, with our favourite highlights from each room story.

Starting with 'Sweet Dreams', pictured above (and below). 

This is a room for little dreamers - girls - but that's not to say that these products can't be enjoyed and loved by boys too! We wanted to create a warm, cosy feel using plenty of wool felts (including a new felt bunny rug and storage baskets, our adorable Sleepy Elephant wall decoration and the most beautiful felt Pom Pom Garland in dusky rose that was specially made for us by The Bear and The Bird), soft cotton bedding, knitted toys, snuggly cushions, setting the scene with our beautiful Danish-made house bed.

Agathe Goose is a stunning handmade mobile from Scalae & Co in the south of France. We have loved Laetitia's creations ever since we first met her almost 2 years ago - and there is little doubt that this beautiful goose is the star of our winter show:

We discovered these sweet Moulin Roty soft toys on our travels in France - and simply HAD to have the whole family, carry cots and bedding included! The carry cots are so sweet - coming with pretty printed bedding in mini and larger size - perfect for favourite soft toys and dolls:

We couldn't resist these beautifully crafted oak Word Cubes by Maison Deux (which come in blush pink, white or black):

One of the most exciting additions to our winter collection is our amazing 'My Treehouse' low loft bed. This bed stars in our second new Bedtime Story, Up In The Treehouse, and is perfect for younger children as it is low to the ground (70cm height underneath it), yet offers plenty of space for storage, play or a spare bed below! It takes a single size mattress too, meaning plenty of growing room and a bed that will last them for years.

Our 'Up In The Treehouse' room is a playful space with plenty to spark little imaginations! New bedding, cotton canvas storage bags, gorgeous new knitted toys by Lucky Boy Sunday and an amazing new cotton Hopscotch Rug keep everything soft and cosy, whilst traditional wooden toys, retro toy vehicles, road jigsaw sets as well as our amazing new 'First Go' Balance Bikes by Banwood give the room a playful feel:

We were super excited to introduce the Candylab wooden vehicle collection to Bobby Rabbit (pictured above). These toys are designed in the US, with a retro 60s styling and quality that perfectly complements our best-selling Playforever vehicles. We are just as proud to give a home to the stunning 'Pole-Pole' collection by T-Lab (below). These little wooden collectable animals make the most stunning, playful shelf decorations and are lovingly hand-crafted in Indonesia from a local sustainable wood source:

And last but not least, we LOVE these monochrome A3 prints by British designers Rory and The Bean and Wonder and Rah (also pictured above). Both of these creators have an incredible talent - and it was so hard to select our favourites for the store! Last but not least, is our winter playroom, Down To The Woods. 

Here, we wanted to create a space that was child-appealing, but without any bright colour... Warm, cosy, with lots of natural materials (wool felt, cotton, oak, beech and rattan) and full of fun toys and accessories - a space that is playful and inspiring for kids, yet sophisticated for the modern home.

Our best-selling Grey Teepee and Oak Acrobat Rings are a key feature in this story. Favourite new finds include our new Felt Bunny and Felt Cat Storage Bags, which we filled with new Jellycat soft toys; wooden cameras (available in black, white, pink and grey), wooden push and pull along toys that are designed and made in the UK by Sarah & Bendrix, and of course our new Banwood Bikes which fit so well with this story too!

These bags are perfect for taking out and about as they are small enough for little hands to carry yet big enough to store away all those favourite bits and pieces:

We had so much fun creating this collection and LOVE the results. Big thanks go to all our amazing suppliers for getting everything to us in miracle time for the photoshoot, to my amazing photographer Hannah who really 'gets' what Bobby Rabbit is about and is an absolute pleasure to work with, and last but certainly not least, to my husband Ewan for his never-ending support and patience over the last 6 weeks!
